Does OSHA enforce NFPA 70E?
OSHA enforces its own electrical and PPE standards, not NFPA 70E as a standalone regulation. OSHA has stated that it views NFPA 70E as the primary consensus standard addressing electrical hazards associated with utilization systems and may use it to support certain citations.
